Service contract

1. Parties
This service agreement ("contract"), on one side profy, [Istanbul, Türkiye], [[(216) 370 22 22], [info@profy.com] (Henceforth will be called as "company") with the other side profy website (www.profy.com.tr).
2. Definitions
- Product: Vehicle maintenance products sold through the profy website.
- Service: Sales and after -sales support services provided through the Profy website.
- Website: Belongs to profy and www.profy.com.tr Online Shopping Platform.
3. Subject of the Convention
This agreement regulates the conditions of the Customer's purchase of vehicle maintenance products through the profy website and the conditions of the services provided for these products.
4. Products and Services
a. Sale of Products: The customer can order products offered through the Profy website. The products are provided according to the stock status.
b. Order and Delivery: Once the customer has completed the order, the company approves the order and delivers it to the address specified. Delivery times are specified during order approval.
c. WARRANTY AND RETURN: The purchased products are within the warranty period and return and exchange procedures for defective or damaged products are indicated on the website.
5. Customer Obligations
a. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and up -to -date information during the transactions on the website.
b. The customer is responsible for using the products they purchase in accordance with their objectives and providing maintenance.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. termination
The Parties may terminate unilaterally if the parties mutually agreed or violate their obligations.
8. Resolution of disputes
All kinds of disputes that may arise from this Agreement are subject to Turkish Law and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

This agreement shall enter into force with the Customer's electronic approval and shall be judged between the parties.
10. Changes
The Company reserves the right to make changes in this Agreement. The changes enter into force by publishing on the website.
